Our Story

Sheila Seck launched Seck & Associates in 2007 to focus on small to middle market clients, with a niche in mergers and acquisitions.  Since then, the firm has grown to three attorneys.  In order to best serve our clients and reach entrepreneurs in the midwest, Seck & Associates opened a St. Louis office in 2015 delivering the same expertise when buying a business or selling a business.
