Sheila L. Seck, JD | MBA
Managing Partner
Sheila Seck has been practicing business law for her entire career as a lawyer. She graduated with honors from Washington University School of Law and was a law clerk for the Honorable D. Brook Bartlett in federal district court for the Western District of Missouri. She then entered private practice at Bryan Cave where she represented both private and public companies in a broad range of business and commercial transactions. Later, Sheila became Assistant General Counsel in the Honeywell International Aerospace Division where she also worked on the Aerospace Division’s Mergers and Acquisitions Team. In 2007, Sheila formed Seck & Associates, a firm that focuses on becoming a strategic partner with growth and emerging companies.

Paul Yarnell is the Director of our non-legal creditor's rights business services. He has over 11 years of collections management in both the commercial and consumer fields.
Paul began his career in 1999 with Milliken and Michaels (later known as NCO Financial) and rose to become a Top 10 producer. His focus has always been about solutions and looking out for his clients best interests. With his vast collection knowledge he’s helped several Fortune 500 companies in the development of their in-house credit policies and countless other companies. In 2009 he became the Director of Collections for the Weaver Law Firm and brought unprecedented results to the Collections Division and their clients. Paul knows you’ve worked hard to provide a quality product or service to your clients and you deserve to be paid.
