Sheila Seck, Managing Partner

Sheila focuses her practice on assisting entrepreneurs as they launch their business and encounter change as they grow. She works closely with growing companies, established businesses, and investors to develop solutions to the broad range of challenges they encounter in running their businesses.  She works with clients on managing founder relationships and ownership issues, corporate governance for new and established companies, protecting intellectual property, financing issues, including state and federal securities laws, and preparing business owners to sell their companies.


Chris Beall, Senior Attorney

Chris is a Senior Attorney with a broad corporate, transactional, and advisory practice. He advises clients across industries, with experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. He has worked closely with leading technology companies and brings a pragmatic approach informed by years advising both early-stage startups and global enterprises. He is driven by a collaborative mindset and approaches his work as a partner in his clients’ growth—helping them navigate obstacles, make sound decisions, and build lasting value.

Chris graduated from the Fordham University School of Law in 2017, where he served as the Volume 40 Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham International Law Journal. Before joining Seck & Associates, he practiced for several years at an international law firm in New York and Beijing.


Andrew Fauble, Associate Attorney

Andrew is an associate attorney at Seck and Associates. Andrew graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2023, where he was a proud member of the Missouri Law Review and served on the Editorial Board as Lead Articles Editor. Prior to law school, Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance and Banking.

Andrew practiced commercial litigation in Kansas City before joining Seck and Associates in 2025. He takes pride in combining legal and business knowledge to help clients find solutions and achieve their goals.


Luke Arney, Summer Associate

Luke is a Summer Associate at Seck & Associates. He is entering his final year at the University of Kansas School of Law, where he focuses on business, corporate, and transactional law and serves as a Comments Editor on the Kansas Law Review. Luke holds a background in finance and brings experience as a small business owner, along with legal internships in litigation, healthcare, and regulatory settings.

At Seck & Associates, Luke supports the team on a range of business and corporate matters. His entrepreneurial mindset, financial foundation, and thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach help him contribute to the firm’s mission of serving startups and established companies alike.


Sheila Rodriguez, Head of Operations

With over 28 years of experience in Program Management and Business Development, Sheila has demonstrated her leadership skills as a team lead. She boasts a track record of success, having spearheaded over 16 program launches from conception to execution, consistently meeting or surpassing deadlines and budgets.

At Seck & Associates, Sheila assists with variety of operational matters. Her proactive, energetic and helpful nature, combined with her attention to detail, will help the firm exceed the expectations of our clients.


Michael Seck, Director of Marketing & Technology

Michael brings half a decade of marketing and tech experience to Seck Advisor Group. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2018 with degrees in Music and Computer Science, he has been in charge of marketing efforts across multiple industries.

As Head of Marketing and Technology, Michael leads all efforts in Marketing, Social Media Management, IT, and other technical areas.


Cathy Murphy, Administrative Assistant

Cathy brings decades of experience to the role of Administrative Assistant. She is a skilled paralegal professional with a strong background in legal support, corporate compliance, and insurance regulation. She supports attorneys with efficiency, drawing on experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds an ABA-approved Paralegal degree from Johnson County Community College.
